We have been at the Towers for many years, and have always been taken care of by Hector! He always has a smile on his face and is a very hard worker. When any repairs need to be made, we can always count on Hector to do an excellent job! We greatly appreciate you Hector!
Hector helped me to fix the dish detergent despenser issue within 3 sec. He is so experienced and know where the problem is. Hector has also helped me replacing the old drip bowl and electric ranges on the stove. Now good as new. Thanks again Hector
I’m a new resident here in the community and I’ve never experienced such a quick response to a maintenance request before. Hector was not only quick and efficient in fixing my refrigerator, but he was also kind and friendly. He had initially came for one service request, but he ended up helping me with other requests as well. If this is a foreshadowing of how the team is, I’ve made a great decision in joining this community.
Hector is great person. He helped us maintaining our apartment and fixed any issues with clogging, heaters etc quickly. Recommending Towers for peaceful living.
Gabriel is awesome! He has been at the towers for as long as I can remember. He is committed to the tenants here, and is a quick problem solver. I have gotten to know him over the years, he’s a kind and sincere person who is truly here to help to the tenants needs no matter how silly or minor they are. He takes them with the most seriousness and professionalism.
I reported maintenance issue at 7 pm via online and Hector called me within 5 minutes. Wow!. He replaced the broken waste disposal with new one. Within 30 min. Hector handled it perfectly and professionally. Thanks Hector and the Maintenance tram!!!
All apartments have tiny maintenance issues, and the Maintenance Team in Towers at Costa Verde are very professional and quickly solve problems.
In particular, my favorite guy, Franco, is always kind, professional, and always acts with care, wearing a show covers even if you don’t ask it first. I like that! And Franco always does very neat job after finishing his work. Thanks, Franco!!!

Maintenance here is amazing! I believe a Gabriel came through tonight on the night of the Hilary Hurricane and fixed our nearly flooded balcony so quickly! And in general, maintenance always works hard to fix your problem. One of my favorite aspects about living here.
